Welcome to the website of the Eastern Africa Province of the Society of Jesus. The Eastern Africa Province is one of the seven (7) Provinces and three (3) Regions of the Africa and Madagascar Assistant of the Society of Jesus. The Eastern Africa Province comprises of the Jesuit working in Ethiopia, Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. The Province is home to more than one hundred and fifty (150) ascribed members, 100 Jesuits from other Provinces of the Society of Jesus residing in it as collaborators in different apostolates, or for academic purposes.
